DIY Headband Holder

Supplies You Will Need:

  • A hot glue gun
  • Clothespins
  • Wooden plank

Calling all girl moms! If you are anything like me, your baby girl has A TON of headbands that are usually just thrown somewhere in your house where they are out of sight but easy to get to. I finally got so fed up with her pile of headbands that I decided to make a holder that has the capacity to hold a ton of hair pieces but looks well-organized.

I bought a wood plank plaque at Walmart and had my husband slice it in half to give me 2 planks. (There are places you can buy the planks already cut, like Hobby Lobby).

I then took my clothespins and glued them onto the planks really close together so I could fit all of her headbands.

I hung it on the wall and clipped in all of her headbands. This was the final result! Super cute and rustic country chic. I spent $13 on this project. It’s always cheaper if you DIY!

I love that this also allows you to see what you have! Some of the cutest headbands get lost in her mess of a headband drawer! Love it!

Love this, going to have to attempt to make it! What size wooden planks did you use?
